  3. I had my initial sewing lessons from my mother, who taught herself how to sew. Then I took classes when I went off to college (I was a costume design student).

  5. I have actually had my eye on that third pattern on Etsy! I would love to learn how to make my first pair of pants. My mom always made our dress when we were little and I learned a bit from her. I really picked it up, however, in 7th grade when I took home ec. ann.cardamone @ gmail.com

  6. I taught myself to sew :) I really wanted to, and there was no one else around, so I had to use books and such to learn.

If I win, please send me a note at jp@mailinator.com! I'd prefer not to put my real email up in public in case spambots are harvesting the addresses :$
